We're doing it! Barney's big paella pan will be heating up Thursday June 23rd at 6:00 p.m.

Maggie and Oxana are making some amazing Tapas and Adam and Barney have picked out some great Spanish wines as well.

Menu will be a combination of Spanish Tapas followed by Seafood Paella on the Patio.

Just a little sampling of things to come:
Smokey Marcona Almonds
Warmed Mixed Spanish Olives
Manchego and Serrano Jamon Skewers
Tortilla Espanola w/ Spicy Tomato Sauce
Honey Dew Melon w/ Valencia Orange, Lime & Honey 

The Seafood Paella will be cooked during the evening outside. Please note that our recipe includes chicken, pork and shellfish. There is unfortunately no vegetarian offering due to the single pan being used.

 One of our favorite performers and a crowd favorite, Don Lewis is back for a Saturday night show.

An incredibly versatile guitarist, Don plays songs from the past 50 years covering Jason Mraz to Bruce Cockburn to Stray Cats.

Making everyone feel that he is playing just for them, his personal and engaging style fits perfectly here at Wine & Cheese. Come on by for a listen!

For any of you who didn't get picked in today's first round rapture, please join us for a fun night with Ash Ganley at the Wine & Cheese. Ash is a Colorado original who effortlessly moves between soulful folk and Delta blues. 

Come on down and enjoy our two new tap beers as well! We are proud to be serving beer from Dry Dock Brewery here in Denver (winner of Small Brewing Company of the Year!) On tap we have their Old Bounty Ale (strong, malty, brown ale) and their Breakwater (a sensibly hopped American Pale Ale). We also have their Double IPA in bombers. 

If you haven't caught Jeff Wahl here at Wine & Cheese yet, you don't know what you are missing! A remarkable talent, Jeff is a regular feature here on Saturday nights since he brought the house down on opening night. With styles that transcend genres, and a remarkable ability to play directly into our guests hearts and minds, Jeff is a favorite for staff and diners in the north room at Wine & Cheese.

Often showing up with six guitars and improvising on all of them, you do need to catch him here at least once. And since its free, why not more than once? Like every Saturday night? We'll be here! And Jeff now completely mixes it up by throwing in a couple of covers from the 80's. Ask him for Billy Idol's "Rebel Yell" if you don't believe me!
